1. Check the size and change of the working current of the DC gear motor regularly every day, and check whether there is water leakage or dripping in the surrounding environment. Once this happens, it will cause low breakdown of the machine insulation and burn out. It also depends on whether there are objects on the periphery of the motor that affect its ventilation and heat dissipation environment, and remove them in time, so that the motor can achieve the best heat dissipation effect.
2. Check the temperature around the DC gear motor with the back of your hand. In the case of good bearing condition, the temperature at both ends will generally be lower than the temperature of the middle winding section. Sound check bearing. Different voices have different problems.
3. Carefully listen to whether the running sound of the micro motor is abnormal. Because the noise in the machine room is large, you can use auxiliary tools such as screwdrivers or listening sticks to listen to both ends of the motor. If you listen frequently, not only can you find the fault of the motor and its driving equipment Vibration, even the amount of internal bearing oil can be judged, so that corresponding measures such as adding bearing oil or replacing a new bearing can be taken in time, so as to avoid dry grinding due to lack of oil in the DC gear motor bearing The chamber is burnt out.
4. When the DC geared motor stops running, it is necessary to regularly measure its phase-to-ground or phase-to-phase insulation resistance with an insulation meter, and compare it with the previous test results, so as to find insulation defects in time, and use a drying lamp to bake them when they are found to be defective. Improve the insulation to avoid the breakdown of the windings from burning out the motor due to too low insulation. Motors equipped with drying and electric heating cannot be switched on and off at will unless there are special circumstances.
5. Due to climate reasons, special attention should be paid to the waterproof, moisture-proof and drying of the DC gear motor in wet weather and winter. Special attention should be paid to watertightness for motors in open air and humid places. The motor should be carefully checked before turning. If it is found that the motor is soaked in water, just disassemble the motor and take out the rotor, dry it with compressed air, and then bake it from both ends of the motor stator with a baking lamp until the insulation of the motor rises to normal. Only after confirming that the motor and machinery are correct to start work.
